Bulandi – Inclusive and Participatory Development Society is a women-led non-profit organization established in August 2023 under the Chhattisgarh Societies Registration Act, 1973. Bulandi was founded with a strong commitment to promoting inclusive and participatory development by nurturing women’s leadership and strengthening the voice and agency of marginalized communities.
The organization works to mainstream gender and build strong women’s collectives among excluded and vulnerable groups, including backward communities, migrants, informal workers, persons living with HIV (PLHIV), sanitation workers, and SC/ST communities across urban, slum, and tribal areas.
Bulandi envisions a society where marginalized communities are empowered to lead their own development processes, guided by the principles of equality, equity, and inclusion.
